What is the Difference between Assault and Battery
Crimes are of different nature and obviously the charges against them are very different as well. Actually, the charge against any crime depends upon the nature and intensity of crime. Some crimes have similar nature and it becomes very difficult to differentiae the charges against them. Same case is true for the crimes “Assault” and “Battery”. These crimes have similar nature but having vast difference in terms of charge.
