What is the Difference between Fascism and Communism
Political system of a country presents its overall image in the world. There is no hard and fast rule to establish a political system. Democracy is the most liked, but not every country has democracy, some have monarchy, some have democratic monarchy while some are communists. No matter how much a political system is claimed to be liberal and independent of autocratic style, critics always find some points to disagree with it and to make suggestions to change it. Anyway, Fascism and Communism are the two widely criticized and hated systems and they are mostly considered as one and same even by many critics.
Fascism
It’s an autocratic style of government that praises the “nation”. The head of the state in this style of govt. is always a dictator. Fascism is extreme opposite to the friendly economic and social regimes, and in fascism, the opposition is badly suppressed. In fascism the structure of the govt. is central i.e. all the power vests with the govt. In this type of govt. the minimum margin of private owner ship is left.
Communism
Communism is the socio-political type of govt. which is based on the concept of stateless and class-less. In this type of govt. there is not “private ownership” of the property; it ends the wage-labor. It’s widely called as the govt. of people that belongs to people.
Fascism vs Communism
The biggest difference between communism and fascism, which are both state socialistic governments, is that communism is complete state ownership, while fascism is complete state control. It means, in communism everything belongs to the state, and in fascism everything is controlled by the state, this defines very well how they are different. Second difference comes when we talk about the economic efficiency. since both are autocratic they both are dangerous for economy, but in fascism, since state is controlled, so not much space is left for individuals to take decisions, while in communism, the public-owned system also disallows the individuals to keep their level up or to make decisions on their own. So both work alike but in different ways.
