What is the Difference between Obsession, Lust, Crush, Love and Infatuation
There is no such person in the whole world, who does not have any feelings or emotions for someone else. In fact, these are the emotions that differentiate human beings from animals and other living creatures. These feelings could be good or bad for someone else. However, when we feel good for anyone, we describe these feelings in different manner like obsession, lust, crush, love and infatuation. Here, I want to differentiate these terms that are related to different emotions.
Obsession
The term obsession is assigned especially to such emotions in which we feel that we must get that particular thing without considering its benefits or drawbacks. This feeling remain on the concerned person up to that time, whenever he gets that particular thing.
Lust
Lust is closely related to love, but lust means such emotions in which some always desire is working behind these emotions. Normally, lust to related to some physical contact emotions.
Crush
Crush is a temporary attraction towards any person, in which a person just like someone else, but does not consider it a compulsory person in his or her life.
Love
Love is the strongest emotional feeling of one person for someone else in which personal attachment, care and kindness like feelings work behind. in fact, a loving person means, a compulsory person for any one, who love.
Infatuation
Infatuation is also known as foolish love, as it means such heartiest feelings for someone else in which not only love and care are working behind, but also without any reason and physical desire.
Obsession vs Lust vs Crush vs Love vs Infatuation
All these terms are related to lovely emotions or feelings of one person for another person. However, in case of obsession, there is no definite reason for having heartiest desire for getting something in contrast tom lust, in which there is always a motive especially physical desire is working behind emotions for anyone. Crush is the least form of love for anybody that is not heartiest desire in contrast to love that is true emotions for any person with great care for him or her. While, in case of infatuation, a purified form of love is working behind this type of emotions that is having no reason.
