What is the Difference between Premeditated Negligent and Vehicular Homicide
The ratio of crimes is increasing day by day. There are different factors, which are responsible for increase in crimes. Murder crimes like premeditated homicide, negligent homicide and vehicular homicide are noticed in various states of America. These crimes are causing increase in death rates every year. Let’s have a brief look on the difference between them.
Premeditated
Premeditates is a term used for premeditated murder. A human being is murdered with a plan in a crime. There may be some conditions in premeditated murder like increase in likelihood of success or avoided from anxiety. Premeditated murder is punished more severely.
Negligent Homicide
In negligent homicide, a human being is dye due to the criminal negligence of a person. It is a less included crime then first and second-degree murder. It also includes the murder due to unlawful driving.
Vehicular Homicide
It is also known as vehicular manslaughter. It is a crime found mostly in different states of u.s.a. it is defined as the murder of a person due to the negligence of the vehicular action. It is also finding due to the driving against the law.
Premeditated vs Negligent vs Vehicular Homicide
The difference between premeditated homicide and negligent homicide is, in premeditated homicide a human being is murdered under a pre-determined plan. There are different causes of premeditated homicide. While a negligent homicide include a murder which is due to the criminal negligence of a person. It may be of different types like negligent driving homicide. Difference between above homicides and vehicular homicide is, vehicular homicide is a murder of a person due to the driving under the influence of drugs or drink. A person is died due the vehicular negligence of a driver. It is less included crime.
