There
There is an adverb and it is mostly use to illustrate the meaning of the verb. Sometimes it is also used as noun and pronoun. The use of there as an exclamatory word is also seen. It is also used to define location of a thing or person.
Their
It is a possessive pronoun which is used to show the possessiveness over something. The word “their” signifies ownership and is used to emphasize one’s possessiveness over a certain thing.
They’re
Many contractions are also used in English language. They’re a contraction of the word “they are”. In this the “a” is replaced by an apostrophe.
There Vs they’re Vs their
The difference between there, they’re and there is very clear. There is used to illustrate meaning of the verb, as an adverb or to define some location whereas “their” is a possessive pronoun which shows ownership. “They’re” is a contraction of the word they are. “there” and “their” are grammatical words while “they’re” is just a contraction.
