Stratagem

Technique is the ability or skill of a person about handling certain situation. Technique is always applied after making a plan and it consists of some specified methods and procedure to gain a goal.
Tactics
Tactic is typical military term that is used to describe the art of facing enemies by using some scientific or clever methods. In military tactics means those methods and policies that are adopted to defeat enemies.
Strategy
Strategy is simply plan of actions that are applied to attain certain goals or visions. In military terms, strategy is the policy that is made to encounter as well as defeat the enemy.
Stratagem vs Techniques vs Tactics vs Strategy

I am here to clarify the difference between Stratagem, Techniques, Tactics and Strategy. Stratagem is entirely different from all other terms like Techniques, Tactics and Strategy and has some particular meanings. Stratagem is a word typically used for those policies and plans that have been made to dodge or surprise the enemy. However, the word technique is the skill of a person for applying the tactics and strategies. On the other hand, the word tactics is used for all the plans that are decided to apply for movement and deployment of one troop against another force or troop. Similarly, strategy includes detailed plan till the consequences of doing a task and also about how to perform that task.
