What is the Difference between Hspa+, Lte and Wimax
Mobile communication technology is boosting up in the form of different available sources. Today, a large number of communication networks are working in all over the world and mobile technology is becoming better day-by-day. HSPA+, LTE and Wimax are the names of some advanced mobile technologies. Some people get confuse about these HSPA+, LTE and Wimax and want to understand their differences. Here are some crystal clear differences among these technologies.
HSPA+
HSPA+ or Evolved HIGH-Speed Packet Access is a wireless broadband standard and is used for providing HSPA data rates up to 84 Megabytes per second on the downlink.
LTE
LTE or Long Term Evolution is a mobile communication standard that has been standardized as a 3rd Generation Partnership Project. Now, this 3GPP LTE is a mobile phone network technology that is the sequence of GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA network technologies.
Wimax
In terms of fixed or mobile internet access, nothing option could be better than Wimax telecommunication protocol. WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) provides speed up to 40 Megabits per second. Wimax provides portable mobile broadband activity and internet connectivity as well.
HSPA+ vs LTE vs Wimax
No doubt, all three types of mobile communication like HSPA+, LTE and Wimax are widely using technologies of present age. However, the major difference is that in the HSPA+ one fire out theoretical peak data rates of 42Mbps DL and 23 Mbps UL as well. In case of WiMAX, it forces respond with theoretical peak data rates of 75Mbps DL as well as 30Mbps UL. On the contrary, LTE joins the fray by unleashing its theoretical peak data rates of 300Mbps DL and 75 Mbps UL as well.
