Teriyaki, Braggs, Shoyu, Tamari and Soy Sauce are the names of some commonly available sauces all over the world. Teriyaki Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce is a Japanese sauce that is used frequently in cooking of many foods just to add luster and bitter taste in the food. The ingredients of Teriyaki sauce include soy sauce, marine and sugar. Marine produces luster in the foods.
Braggs Sauce
Braggs sauce that is also known as Bragg Liquid Amino is a sauce that is enriched with amino acids and helps in digestion of food especially protein based. The ingredients of Braggs sauce are Non-GMO soybeans and distilled water. It is free from artificial table salts and preservatives.
Shoyu Sauce
Shoyu sauce that is a famous Japanese sauce, made from soybeans but with fermentation process. In Shoyu sauce, soybeans and cereals are mixed in acids without mixing wheat.
Tamari Sauce
Tamari sauce is also a widely using Japanese sauce that consists of soybeans, salt and water. It has not very bitter taste, but soft and balanced taste and make the food items just more salty and delicious.
Soy sauce
Soy sauce is no doubt, the most famous sauce that is equally adoptable in all parts of the globe. Soy sauce has the origin in China and it famous for its bitter taste. Its key ingredients are wheat, soybeans, salt and water.
Teriyaki vs Braggs vs Shoyu vs Tamari vs Soy Sauce
Shoyu sauce is just like soy sauce and there is no any difference in color, as it is also a dark brown liquid and used in many cooking recipes. However, it is different from soy sauce in terms of manufacturing process, as it is made by fermentation of soybeans in contrast to soy sauce that is non-fermented liquid. Moreover, like Braggs sauce, it is healthy than soy sauce as Braggs and Shoyu are good sources of amino acids. Braggs is the most using alternate of soy sauce and Tamari sauce. The specialty of Teriyaki sauce is adding luster in cooked food. The difference between Tamari sauce and soy sauce is the bitter taste of soy sauce in contrast to Tamari sauce that has smooth taste as does not include wheat.
