What is the Difference between Kefir, Regular Milk, Buttermilk and Whole Milk
Human beings need energy to live the live on earth and to regular works in the daily routine. There are many sources to obtain energy but a balanced diet is necessary to not only gain energy but also to stay healthy and fit. A balanced diet should have all the ingredients needed by the human body any must not only concentrate on any one type of food. There are many important things which are necessary for the human health and must be a part of its balanced diet. Milk is an important part of human diet as it provides calcium which is good for the bones and also provides energy.
Regular Milk
Milk is the liquid which is produced by the mammary glands of the female mammals and is usually of white color and has a specific odor. It contains calcium, vitamins and fats which are good for the human health especially for the kids.
Butter Milk
Butter milk is the type of milk which is obtained by taking out the butter from the milk and the remaining milk is named as butter milk. It has less fat than the regular milk.
Whole Milk
It is the type of milk from which no constituents are taken out or removed and it is present in its original form. It is considered good for the infants and young children.
Kefir
It is type of drink which is prepared by the fermentation of the milk or mixing it with the kefir grains. It is a rich source for the lactic acid.
Regular Milk Vs Butter Milk Vs Whole Milk Vs Kefir
Regular milk is the product of the mammary glands of mammals and is the first diet of their infants while Butter Milk is the left over liquid after taking out the butter from the milk. Whole Milk is type of milk which has not lost any constituents and is good for infants and young children while Kefir is a drink which is prepared by adding kefir grains in milk and is very tasty.
