What is the Difference between Chicken Stock and Chicken Broth

Chicken Stock
Chicken stock is the name of recipe, which is made up of bony parts. To prepare this dish, bones and some vegetable scraps are cooked in hot water for about 3-4 hours. However, there is a restriction that water should not reach at boiling point. After this simmering process, gelatin is released from bones. This gelatin makes the taste of this liquid recipe, very delicious. Now, we can use this flavored liquid for making further dishes, after removing the bones.
Chicken Broth
When we make some flavored water by boiling the meat along with vegetables, then this recipe is called as chicken broth. Today, people have made some remarkable changes in this dish by adding some other ingredients. Some starches like rice as well as pulses have also become a part of this delicious flavored water. Moreover, we can also use this recipe as a base for preparing other dishes as well.
Chicken Stock vs Chicken Broth
One clear difference between Chicken Stock and Chicken Broth is obviously, their preparatory materials. In case of chicken stock, we use bony parts and for making chicken broth, meat is the essential ingredient. Another difference between these two recipes is that, before using chicken stock, we remove bones from flavored liquid. On the contrary, meat remains the part of flavored water, in case of chicken broth.
