What is the Difference between Nonfiction, Reality, Fiction and Fantasy
In the field of cinema or music, various terms are used for different type of musical and cinematically effects in films and videos. Many movies or videos are based on fantasy or fiction. These terms like fiction, nonfiction, fantasy and reality are different from each other. Their basic themes and ideas are different. Let’s have a difference between all of these terminologies.
Nonfiction
It is a form of a narrative account which is based on truth and its description is understood as a fact. A nonfiction presentation may be true or false, but it’s a composition which is based on truth by the author.
Fiction
Fiction is an account of a narrative work which deals with a false or non truthful. A fiction is based on imaginary ideas. It is usually refer as a musical or cinematic work.
Fantasy
It is a generic of fiction. Fantasy work is based on some supernatural or magical phenomenal theme. It is different from scientific fiction.
Reality
Reality is a work or anything which is fact full and real. Reality refer that what is real and what is non real or imaginary.

The difference between nonfiction and fiction is, nonfiction is a form of a narrative account which is truthful and its composition to its audience is real. While a fiction is an account which is based on imaginary ideas and non real themes. Difference between fantasy and reality is that, fantasy is a type of fiction but differs from it. Fantasy is based on magic or supernatural phenomenal ideas and primary theme. It is totally different from scientific fiction and horror. While reality tells about what is real and what is false or non real or imaginary.
