Skills
Skill is the person’s ability to carry out a particular job efficiently. A skilled person is the man, who does a specific job for a longer time and after a long experience becomes capable of performing the same job in best possible manner.
Qualification
Qualification is a broader term that means a person’s ability to qualify for a job. In fact, qualification includes brilliant academic background in the exact line of study that is required for applying on a related job as well as age limit and required experience.
Education
Education has also very vast meanings, but generally it indicates the academic and technical background of a person. It is also a mandatory criterion for applying on a job vacancy.
Experience
The suitability of a person for a specified job is examined on behalf of its experience. There are many things that are checked in the meaning of experience like its duration, place of getting experience, working environment and experience certificate that indicates the person’s performance during getting that experience.
Skills vs Qualification vs Education vs Experience
All the four terminologies like skills, qualification, education and Experience determine the person’s capability and suitability for getting a job. However, there are some differences between them. Skill shows the proficiency of a person for performing a task in very well manner, while qualification includes its education, technical and skilled background for fulfillment of job earning criteria. Similarly, education is just academic record of a person that is a bsic step for getting experience in any particular field.
