What is the Difference between Information Intelligence Knowledge and Wisdom
There is a natural curiosity in human beings to know about everything. Every person tries to know what he doesn’t know. There is a natural tendency in human beings to know about everything. Some people came to know about certain things and facts by gathering information while other gain some knowledge either from knowledgeable sources or from knowledgeable persons like teacher and understand things in a better way. Some are blessed by God with wisdom and intelligence. They make use of these natural gifts to reveal secrets about certain things. These all words which look similar at first look are quite different in reality and we’ll point out their main difference here.
Information
Information is the collection of a data about a certain topic. It can be physical like stored in a system, and can be theoretical like in form of signals.
Intelligence
It is the special ability to learn and solve problem or to plan something in a faster way than the ordinary people. Machines are called artificial intelligent and this intelligence is called artificial intelligence.
Knowledge
Practical and theoretical understanding of an object or to be familiar with someone or something is said to be knowledge of that thing. It is also defined as justifies true belief.
Wisdom
An extra ordinary ability to understand the things, persons, and situations deeply and to take wise steps accordingly is called wisdom. It’s a nature’s gift to man.
Information vs intelligence vs knowledge vs wisdom
Information is only collection of data about certain facts whereas knowledge is the collection of all the related facts about a certain thing. Wisdom is the deep understanding to solve problem and its natural while intelligence is the special ability to learn and plan in an extra ordinary way.
