Brand
Brand is defined as a name, design, symbol or any feature which identify a service or good of a company, which is distinct from other sellers. For example Pepsi is a brand of a cold drink. A brand is normally an identity of a company.
Trade Name
A trade name is a specific name which a company or a business trades under commercial purpose. A trade name is used as a registered or for a contract or any various formal purposes.
Trade Mark
A trade mark is an indicator of a specific sign, used by a company or any individual or business organization to distinct their product among all other products. Trade mark originates from a unique source and identifies the product. They are designated from different symbols.
Copyright
It is a concept, which a government gives to a creator of an original work as an exclusive right. Generally it is a right to copy but it give the right to copyright holders to credited for work, who can perform the work and who may get financially benefit from it.
