What is the Difference between Tennis, Badminton, Squash and Racquetball
Sports are integral part of human activity as they help to keep human beings healthy and active. They intend to keep human beings fit in an entertaining way. A person enjoys the sport in which he is interested and stays healthy as well as enjoys it. Youngsters are more interested in playing sports and these sports keep their body flexible. Sports are also recommended by doctors to fight against many diseases as it stimulates different organs of our body and keep us healthy. Here are some sports which are played by youngsters as well as mature ones.
Tennis
Tennis is a sport which is played by two players or two teams consisting of two players holding a racket. They throw a rubber ball in other court over a net and try to score points. The team with more points wins the game.
Badminton
It is a sport which is played between two players or pairs standing in opposite halves of a court. They strike a shuttle cock with their rackets and try to score points by throwing the shuttle towards other half of court in a way that it will touch the ground.
Squash
Squash is a game which is played inside a room and player smash the ball against a wall in a way that the other players do not get a chance to strike it back. The player who gets the required points first wins.
Racquetball
This indoor game is played between two or four players. Racket is attached with the wrist of player, and if we compare it with handball, ball used in this game is larger in size and lighter in weight. This game is popular in United States and country holds many competitions, throughout the year.
Tennis vs Badminton vs Squash vs Racquetball
All these games are played between two players, in some cases four players also play. The size and weight of ball is different in all these games; however badminton is played with a shuttle cock. Squash and racquetball are strictly indoor games, while badminton and tennis can also be played outdoors. Winning points also vary in all these games; moreover, method of scoring points is also different.
