What is the Difference between Republican and Democrat
Where there is politics, there are its followers. In almost every politically influenced country, political parties are found that differ with respect to their agenda and party rules like in USA, where there are two big parties the republican and the democratic. They have good number of followers too. Now people may think that since USA has democracy so both the terms have same meanings but only different usage. But the party agenda and their followers define it differently.
Republican
Republicans think that they are more constructive, they want less govt. interference. They believe strongly in the property rights and less in the well-fare. They say that economic equity is above equality. Republicans are commonly religion people who think of the morals and they are against certain provisions made legal for the society like abortion or gay- lesbian marriage etc. In US society, they may be looked as conservatives.
Democrats
The democrats are more liberal people. Unlike republicans, they call for equality and well-fare. They say that it is better to work for under- privileged people and that the govt. should be a large govt. They, being liberals, think that the morals are personal matter and that they should evolve with the passage of time as per the needs. Their liberalism has made them speak for some most controversial issues like gay-marriage etc.
Republicans vs Democrats
Republicans and democrats are exactly opposite to each other. Republicans talk about economic development, overlooking the well-fare needs of the society. On the other side, democratic are the people, who work for betterment of the society by charitable means. Republicans by their point of view look more like communists and democratic are the true democracy followers. Similarly, republicans are the religious people and they respect the religious morals, while the democratic think that it is a matter of personal choice if a person does good according to religion or not.
