What is the Difference between Mammals, Humans and Other Animals
Biologists believe that humans also belong to one animal species. Well, this concept is right scientifically, but here our concern is with truly using terminologies of common life. Socially, humans are different from animals in many respects. As humans are also mammals, but when we talk about mammal animals, there is again very much difference between human beings and mammals. Here are some differences between human beings, mammals and other animals.
Mammals
Mammals are described as animals that have hairy skin, neo-cortex in their brain, do not lay eggs, give birth to their babies and feed their babies via their milk glands. Feeding their young is the exclusive feature of mammals that is never found in other animals. Moreover, mammals are warm blooded animals that have sweet glands, three middle ear bones.
Humans
Humans are different from all types of animals including mammals in many respects. The first and most exclusive difference is that, human have ability to speak and thinking power as well. This problem solving feature of human beings thanks to complete developed brain is never found in any type of animal. Moreover, humans eat cooked food, develop social structure and live together. In addition, human beings are the only living species that lead their life in standing position for most of the time.
Other Animals
Different animals have different types of skin like amphibians have moist skin; reptiles and fish have scales on their skin. All types of animals have no speaking and thinking power. Moreover, most of the animals do not walk on two legs for longer time. All animals eat uncooked food and there is no feeling of love or hate in the animals. They just know how to prey or search for food. There is no other aim of all animal’s life.
Mammals vs Humans vs Other Animals
No doubt, there are lots of differences between human beings and animals. However, still there are differences between mammals and other animals. The similarity between mammals and human beings are also very much like both give birth to their children, have hairs on their skin and feed their babies. However, on the other hand like all other animals, mammals are different from human beings with respect to thinking ability and speaking power dominantly. The other differences are cooked form of food, feelings, doing wok in standing position for longer time that are all features of human beings only in contrast to all animals including mammals.
